Role Overview:
CloudKaptan is expanding into the UK market with a focus on Banking & Financial Institutions and are looking for a Sales Leader to build and grow our UK business.
Specialization: Salesforce, Data and AI solutions
What you’ll do:
Drive sales strategy & pipeline across BFSI clients in the UK.
• Leverage your Salesforce ecosystem connects (AEs, partners, ISVs) to unlock opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build C-level relationships and position us as a trusted digital transformation partner.
• Represent the company at Salesforce and industry events.
What we’re looking for:
• 10+ years in IT services sales, with strong BFSI domain experience.
• Proven success selling Salesforce, Data, and AI services.
• Deep network within Salesforce UK ecosystem.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and scale a business.
