We are seeking passionate trainees to join our engineering team as Software Development Apprentices. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in building scalable systems on cloud platforms.
Key Opportunities:
Full Stack Development
Design and develop responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue, along with JavaScript and TypeScript. Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js or Java, and work with databases to design and optimize data models. Ensure performance, scalability, and security while following coding standards, testing practices, and version control processes.
Salesforce Platform Development
Assist in building and customizing applications on the Salesforce platform, including configurations, Apex development, and integrations. Work with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to support business processes, ensuring performance, scalability, and security within the Salesforce ecosystem.
AWS Cloud Engineering
Develop and deploy applications on AWS cloud infrastructure using services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway. Contribute to building scalable, secure, and highly available systems while following cloud architecture and DevOps best practices.
Data Engineering & Business Intelligence
Assist in designing and developing data warehousing solutions, perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations from multiple data sources, and build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to generate business insights.
AI & Emerging Technologies
Collaborate with AI teams to build solutions for complex business problems and gain exposure to real-world Agentic AI use cases.
Skills and Qualifications:
- B.Tech / MCA (2026 Batch Pass Out)
- Strong programming fundamentals in Java or JavaScript
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)
- Understanding of backend development concepts (Node.js / Java, REST APIs)
- Knowledge of Data Structures and DBMS
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Awareness of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Good to have hands-on exposure to Full Stack development (React + Node.js etc.)
- Good to have the understanding of API integrations and microservices architecture
- Experience with Git or other version control tools
Eligible Streams: CSE, IT, ECE, MCA (2026 Batch)
Marks Criteria: Minimum 60% in Class X & XII, Minimum 7 CGPA in Graduation (till date), No active backlogs

Compensation: Stipend: ₹15,000 per month during apprenticeship (6 months), Full-Time Offer: ₹6 LPA upon successful completion of apprenticeship
